- 地租改正
- ちそかいせい【地租改正】明治政府による土地・租税制度の改革。 1872年（明治5）田畑売買禁止令を解き地券を発行， 翌年地租改正条例を定めて土地所有権確定， 土地丈量・地価算定・新地券交付を行い， 税率を地価の3パーセントの金納とした。 これによって政府の財政的基礎が確立した一方， 地主・小作の関係は強化された。
